Spoiler repair

So...I've got a neon, stock spoiler. I noticed my stereo was making it rattle more than usual. Went to tighten the nuts a bit and well...both of them on the left side are stripped inside the spoiler. The screws holding it on are fine, but the spoiler is stripped. Now, to me, it looks like body filler or some sort of filler, almost like the stuff for holes in drywall. If i fill them in with automotive body filler and redrill the holes will that work? or what can I do to fix this problem? As of now my spoiler is detached completely and I've got 4 screws sticking out of my trunk lol. Any help would be appreciated.

***UPDATE***
Had some bondo kicking around and tried that just for the hell of it, and that did not work... as I recall, bondo only sticks to metal...and well, fiberglass spoiler...i tried bolting it down and the bondo just popped right out of the spoiler lol
it was worth a shot...but now I'm out of ideas
anybody?!?!

go and buy some fibreglass filler, fill them with that and it should work
