    Default waste of $13

I always wanted to check out project X since it started 2 years ago but never really got around to it, so i this year i went, huge disapointment! save your $13 and go do something worth while. maybe it's just me (or the other 8 people i went with) but does anyone else share my feelings about project X and how bad it sucked ass?

I agree with you. My gf and I went through the entire thing in about 20 mins.

I went last year and I have to say that it was much better last year. I noticed that a lot of it is the same as last year. In most cases I already knew when I was going to get 'scared.'

It has been around for more than 2 years.. i went to it for the first time in 2000 (last year of high school so i know for sure) but it was much better before IMO.... too much hype now means they can get away with

I worked at the very first one in calgary, helped build it and set it up too. It was so much fun trying to scare people...but only little kids might get scared. The good thing about going to project X is that most of the money goes to cancer reasearch...well it did..maybe it doesnt anymore.

Really? I always thought it was a pretty good time. I know one of the organizers so next time I see him I'll have to give him a hard time telling him it's getting crappy reviews.

I was going to head down there this year, and I also heard about another similar Halloween event near Deerfoot/Peigan trail. Anyone know what this one is?

Anyways the other Halloween setup is called Fright Night and it's the one by Deefoot and Peigan Trails, apparently right off Barlow.

According to the morning crew on Q107, it's pretty scary and worth the money but then again who knows right?
