    Default uneven development (arms)

so i'm really starting to notice that my left arm is developing substantially more than my right....the bicep, tricep, and forearm are all substantially larger on my left arm, than the right...

the interesting thing is that i am a righty, so shouldn't i be seeing the opposite?....

anyways any ideas what i should do to put an end to this rubbsih....

    thanks all

Or else it could just be the fact that its a more cardio work out on your right arm then your left arm, being that you use your right arm alot more then your left, so the muscels don't rip as much as your left.

im righty too, but the left arm is bigger, i had always attributed it to winding the hose reel from my summer job with my left arm

Orwell's awesome, thats my fav book of all time.

I think that anything under a .5" difference (bicep measurement) is normal. Over time it's supposed to even out, but the difference is unnoticeable when you're huge. For example, if you had a 19" and 18.5" bicep, that'd be a lot less noticeable than say a 11" and 11.5" bicep.
