image convert to line art

Would anyone know how I would be able to convert an image to line art? (so that it can be cut on vinly)

At the moment its a scanned tif file.

You can try Adobe Streamline, but it won't be perfect, you will need to bring it into illustrator to clean it up.... easilest way is to trace it in Illustrator right off the bat.

I forgoto about illustrator.. gonna grab a copy and play with it
