Job Description:
Call Centre Agent

This exciting and fast paced position has you trained on the latest state of the art Call Centre equipment. You'll learn and experience handling calls for all types of companies from Oil and Gas to the high tech and manufacturing center. From there, you graduate on to positions involving customer service info lines and emergency hot lines for some of the largest corporate and government accounts. We constantly train you in the latest computer software and Internet applications. After all, our entire centre is web enabled.

Our positions include part-time opportunities, flex shifts, as well as full time. We post our salary scales so that you know how much you could be making each and every year. Our Centres have room to grow, from agents, to senior agents, to shift leaders, shift supervisors, shift managers and then area managers. Then look at operations, technical services and more.
