WTB Cheap Basic Computer

I am looking for a computer (just the tower because i already have a monitor and a keyboard) with a legit operating system and backup cds (does not have to be xp but nothing older then windows 98)
I just need to be able to surf the net and such looking to pay up to 60 $ PM ME ONLY PLEASE

You can also try the Computer Surplus place next to Memory Express on 32nd ave.

well i recommended that place because i think it has 30 day warranty, and u can talk to them to customize it w/ old parts a bit
ie. their systems generally have 256, i think i asked and they can do 768 for under 100 more (which is pretty gd considering they're about 100 here for a used stick of 512 pc133)
