Cancun Damage (pics)
Most of the damage is near the highway.. we were in Mayan Riviera in Cancun...
The whole cancun stripe with hotel was pitch black, no llights nothing...Police everywhere directing traffic...
We got out just in time.. There was a "tropical storm" warning, it was raining pretty hard for 1 day..
Workers...
Tons of new sand...
Leechs...

i was there for huricane emily over the summer and it was intense trees where all over and resorts trashed they still made the trip fun though.
my winter resort was ruined and tyrip was postponed so now im goin to the DR

The Moon Palace is the shit. It's soooo wide, there's so much stuff to do too. I don't think I ever really left the resort, everything was all-inclusive. I mean EVERYTHING. We just walked into restaurants, got food, and left (sometimes with tips depending on what kind of restaurant it was)

I just got back from Cabo San Lucas...that's on the peninsula on the other side of Mexico...B.C.S. When we came back there was a *FIFTY DEGREE* temperature change in the shitty direction. Pretty much inhumane.
Having been to the Mayan Riviera side too, I'd have to say it's a lot nicer on the side you were just on [IMO]. Did you go to Chichen Itza, Xel-Ha or Tulum? Or you just chill out at your resort? I especially enjoyed Cozumel ... some really nice snorkelling there.

We also did some shopping inside cancun, but there was not much to see at night...
