    Hey i am hoping someone can help me out ..... i have a buddy in edmonton that just needs someone to do clear coat on his car that isn't going to rape him... Need it done asap! If you of anyone in the edmonton area thats good let me know please

    clear coat has to be done at the time of painting i think?

    NO I THINK YOU CAN WET SAND IT THEN APPLY CLEAR COAT... NOT 100% SURE... HE JUST GOT A NEW PAINT JOB.. VERY CUSTOM BUT NEEDS CLEAR COAT DONE HELP!!!

    yeah you usualy have a 24 hour open time before you clear, after that you need to sand the base and apply a new coat of base and then clear, so it looks like thats what he will need to do. does he already have the clear coat product? if so what kind? what is he hoping to spend?
