    Ok... I'm not too sure if I want to do this... but hey... lets give it a try.

    Dell Inspiron 5000 Laptop
    Purchased new in May of 2001

    Pentium III @ 500mhz
    128mb SDRAM
    40GB Hard Drive (freshly formatted)
    14.1" LCD Screen
    40X CD-ROM
    Touchpad Mouse
    Comes w/ external PS2 mouse, fresh Windows XP or 2000 (you decide), fresh Microsoft Office XP Pro.

    Great unit, have used it since day one. Thinking of spending the money I get for selling my computer and putting it towards my car.

    It would have been nice if you made mention that you did such a thing. I was keeping the old price so people could see what I was originally selling it for.

    taking great care of your stuff is an order qualifier, not an order winner... that is already implicit with used merchandise. why would someone want to spend $1000 risking something breaking than spending $1500 and getting a warranty and it all brand new?
