Rims are sweet, depending how bent the rims are, it can be very expensive to get them fixed; I think around 200 per rim, not 100% sure though! I got two of mine fixed at SAIT for free
I think those rims look pretty bad, but if you like them and you factor in the $300 it'll cost to repair them and they are still a good deal, go for it.

Really depends on what kind of car it goes on, for some reason I can't picture these on a teg... (plus they're bent so I would pass on them and go find something better)

I think they would look pretty good on a G2 teg but I wouldn't buy them if two of them are bent. Minor curbage sure but not bent.
