When does MLS.CA update?

When does MLS.CA update their listings?

I think its every night at midnight. Keep in mind though, the public MLS site is about 3 - 5 days behind the Realtors version.

That's why there are nothing posted lately. Most listings are gone in a week. Time to score a realtor's access account.

And so many we have SOLD or C/S before the home even makes it to the computer...

By the time it hits MLS you're most likely missed out in this market.
