speed bad or heavy bag?
not that i have either, but i used to be a boxer, Alberta bronze gloves silver medalist you know. thats not bad considering i came out of a club in Yellowknife NWT. our coach won "coach of the year" from the amature boxing association of canada that year.

go to fitness depot 60$ or if you want a 60-70lber with a brand name like everlast go to canadian tire......thats where i got my everlast, i got the kit it came with bag gloves and wrap and shit too
