Gold rims (Unconfirmed)

reference Subaru wheels: F9657 = 2002 STi gold (Dupont code), DG 4JI = 2004 STi gold (may be Subaru's code - can't tell what the poster's source was). These may be the same color, just different code systems for different paint manufacturers.

1 references Prodrive wheels: PMS #871. I have also seen this code referenced for STi wheels but, not having tested it personally, I can't say it's the same.

I linked to the source threads in this thread that asked this exact same question. These are for paint though, not powdercoating. Hope this helps

When I got my STi wheels re-painted , they defiantly dont look like stock gold. Anyone have any experience?

There is a code somewhere for the Brembo Gold somewhere on iwsti.com. I will see if I can find it.

I was thinking of painting my wheels flat black as they are all chipped from Winter ROCKS (not the sand they claim to put on our roads).
