I went there, never really had a problem. Bought 2 computers from him so far. I still go there for some super cheap DVD-Rs (25 for $6.99). They aren't overly friendly but I don't really worry about it.

low cost operation = no service

But thanks to their pricing, I had Staples PM their price for a set of Logitech X530 for $25.

www.oemdepot.com - looks like they have a pack of 50 for $11.99 now. I've burnt tons of videos and haven't had a problem with a single disc.

Who did you deal with? There is a big asian guy who seemed to be okay.

Maybe you could explain what it is your talking about, because I seem to doubt your claim.

memory express is a BITCH To deal with when it comes to any kind of return/exchange, oem depot ive never had to deal with returning anything but im not sure, terry sure is a nice guy tho, he let me pop open my laptop with his help right at the store and install the hard drive right there, nice guy if u ask me, he does act a little rushed and to the point tho...

yep. the guy that used to work at macleod is great, but he is at 32nd ave now. im a big oemdepot fan because of their better prices and great service, but thats because ive always dealt with terry. now that terry moved to the 32nd location they have some shithead in the macleod one. youre not the only one thats had problems with him.

thats probably where the confusion is coming from.

Return/exchange is awesome @ Memory express. They'll take anything in under warranty. Most places, including OEMDEPOT only has 30 days and you're dealing with manufacturers afterwards.

The few times I went there, I'm not sure they wanted my business. There was a guy and a girl watching anime, and they got into a pretty involved conversation about it. They didn't say anything to me, but then the husky man appeared and he helped out.

Maybe it's because I'm crazy, or maybe because my credit card said Ning, but who knows....

oemdepot has good prices but I agree with the bad service. I remember going in there and wanting to buy a Samsung 915N and they made me wait, I thought nothing of it until i notice the two faggots were in the middle of a game and that's why I was waiting

I totally agree with you on this statement.

    Prices =
    Service =
