Time to get those pores out:

Close up. They have to go:

    A coulpe of minuites waxing:
I wear red fleece shirt and blue jeans

    A while later:

Time to finalize with white vax. I use a detreaded tool so i can reach well.
Notice! Always use the SAME tool to one wax! Dont mix!

Im satisfied here, wash with degreaser and then Sonax liquid hardvax.

I add it to my "collection" and enjoy the view

    Wow, he got excellent results!

I would have used a die grinder instead of a drill, though. He mentioned breaking his first drill, and I suspect a die grinder would get things done a bit faster.

Anyone have any progress pictures? James?? I started to polish my turbo

All the pores are out and now its time to sand, sand, sand and more sand. Screw the intake plenum, its getting powder coated instead....
