    Default Head-Light Upgrading

Hi guys... hope this new forum works out.

I'm just wondering if there are better options for upgrading the crappy head-lights on a '00 Impreza besides Silverstars. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just more light... anyone know?

    Cheers!

M-TEC is another brand of bulbs
If youwanna spend more money and get some nice lights, you might want to go wtih HID's?

'00 impreza with HID will have massive glare. I have seen it in person. MTEC is a waste of money.

You might want to try a wiring harness with some new bulbs.

Look at the wiring harness here: www.suvlights.com

    for ideas.

Yeah, the M-TEC is strictly for looks.

I don't want blue lights, just more distance without spending a ton of cash and time on HIDs and new a wiring harness.

I did a little research and found that the "Osram Silverstars" seem to be the only bulbs proven to reach farther down the road... but finding a supplier in North America might be difficult. If all else fails I might try the GE Nighthawk (the only one to show any improvement... according to Consumer Reports).
