grammar, and grow up. Im sad at the immaturity of some of the people on here.
Its just a video to arouse opinions, not have people stabbing at each others throats.
only logical....
Toma logical = oxymoron
i'm not really sure if "its that simple"
but aside from that its kind of tough to take a video seriously when the creator doesn't even have the right song name for his own video... haha...
Motion Without Meaning ... is the actual song name...
not motion isn't meaning..
just my 2

Sorry, it's not that simple.
more or less, it is that simple....
They are no over here taking our land, we are over there taking theirs.
No one in the world is jealous of the US's "freedom". They could care less, and some actually recognize that US citizens are nothing but enslaved consumers.
What they do despise about the US is their "better then though" attitiude, and their sense that "might is right", their arrogance, and their willingness to go "above the law".
I've actually travelled and seen it, and NOT just in the mid east. People in Europe (our supposed allies) will pretend they dont speak english if they think you are an American.
Whip out the old Canadian passport, and suddenly they remember!!
I have to agree with the basis of that comment, I travel extensively and the stark and shockinging difference of how Canadians are treated differently than Americans is very real and very apparent. If you are Canadian you are treated like you would be by a friend , the Americans are treated more like they are the in-laws no one wants to be around or be seen with.Originally posted by Toma

I agree, but I have to question how much of this is based on politics rather than exposure. There is 200 Million americans and only 30 million Canadians.Originally posted by eljefe

I grew up in a small BC town, and we hated tourists - mostly Albertan - but we were friendlier to people from Sask. You know how some tourists aren't happy unless they are being ignorant or complaining? Well, we just saw more Albertans doing this because there were more Albertans visiting.
Its entirely political, the average American is painted with the same brush as the Bush Administration is. I have very many close American friends and think of them no different than ourselves. I don't for moment think it is right that American citizens are treated with less respect and friendliness outside their country but it is just a reality that exists.Originally posted by Tyler883

Hmmm...I suppose I agree with you, but I doubt that the average person in the middle east really cares if its Bush or a Democratic president....americans will get painted the same way, right?

Opinion of Americans overseas has slipped so much lower with the Bush Republicans in power. It has become far worse.
