I could have, but people need to see the word "Skyline"...so they will shut up about "the new GTR!"

We all know what the skyline looks like, but we are talking about the GTR. The topic is wrong focker. The gtr is now a completely seperate entity from the normal skylines now.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

"GTR" is merely a trim level of the Skyline. If you ever noticed, R31-R34, the GTR doesn't look to much different from the lower models, such as the GTS-T.

I really don't think Nissan will stray much from the design of the current production Skyline if they choose to have another production GTR.

But what we're trying to explain is that in Japan, Skyline and GTR's are both two seperate cars.

Skylines are essentially our G35s. While the replacement to the previous Skyline/GTR will be simply called GTR

i think nissan r&d could have done a better job of filling all the holes with aluminum mesh though...
