Where to advertised house rental

Looks like our possession date is coming up. So need to rent out our current house. Anyone know where I should advertise? Should I advertised in newspapers such as the herald and sun or those home rental magazines that get distributed around?

Also any tips on renting ie. selecting tenants.

Calgary Sun classifieds. Take a look in that section and see what people write, use abbreviations where you can and limit the words. I've had no luck with one of my rentals and $50 every week adds up fast!
