Souds right on to me. I was offered a '93 S4 for $10,500 a few months ago. Dont get confused...this is NOT the same car as the A4 based "S4" model with a TT 2.7L V6. These old cars had 227hp 5cly turbo engines.

    fawk.

    Thats a nice car.

The S4's of that date were rather large cars, but the luxuries...

    It was 227 Hp
    Don't underestimate the power of the 20V 2.2 I5!!!

Audikid's dad has an S6 with the same engine. When that 258 ft/lbs hits at under 2000 RPM, it just nails you back in your seat.

I thought this deal was too good cause a few weeks ago, there was a 94 for sale for around 20 grand. And the regular all drive 90s from that year go from 9-14 grand.

Sorry man, meant to quote Rob, who weasled back in after to change the power output he originally put down for the 2.2
    All good.

If its still for sale when I get back, then I'll rush to sell my truck, but I doubt it'll still be available. Always keeping a lookout for those old S4s and 20V quattros though

I don't see why not. 2000 S4's go for $17k-$23k (USD) here in the 'States. I wouldn't mind having one.

    A 97 A4 is a POS compared to a 92 S4

My next door neighbour is selling the S6 I used to own, it has a Hoppen motorsports kit in it. Ex shape ~150k want 17000. British racing green, black leather, heated seats including rears, all the toys, a great deal since he is committed to a truck.

Was that the S6 that was in the Bargain finder about 2 months ago? That's an incredible deal, there's only about 5-10 of those cars in Calgary. If he's looking for a truck, think he'll take a partial trade on a ranger?

Think it'll still be for sale by then end of the summer? If so, it might be loan time for me

I don't know if it is the same one from the Bargain Finder, He has the new truck already, and a guy trying to get financing right now.You would have to jump quick to make a deal.
