I am selling my 1996 Kawasaki NINJA ZX-9R this spring.
Soon to come, A 2003 Suzuki GSXR 1300R Hayabusa. Can't wait to see what it can do.
Everybody wet yet?

The king of crotch-rockets
Awsome bike, good choice I'd rather have a gixxer 1000 though.
hey i might be interested in your ninja...
Whys that?? This thing will eat up a 1000. The 1000 has a little better 60 ft time and a faster 1/8 mile but other that that, its all Hayabusa.Originally posted by ecstasyracer

hahah hayabusa and gix 1000 are completely different bikes...how are you comparing them?
i guarantee the gix would eat up the hayabusa on the track buit the haybusa would rule on drag...the haya busa handles really big.
you should buy a trick swing arm for the busa ...makes it look even more
It is really big.Originally posted by bigboom

The only place the busa has superiority over other bikes is on the highway. The new RC-51, GSX-R 1000, R-1...etc... own the street.Originally posted by Stealth R/T

That said, I use to ride with a couple guys and one of them had a busa. On our races back from banff he would get about 1/2 a km behind. And the pass right buy us no problem. Pretty neat bike if you ask me hehe.

Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.
yeah the thing corners like a tank...but definetly a sweet bike if you are into that kind of thing. ive always been partial to the gunmetal grey R1...and i still miss my F4 like crazy!
It rules the highway. That is why I am buying it. I live in a town in Saskatchewan that has less than 2500 people in it. There are 2 bikes in town, which makes it difficult to rip around town and not get caught. Besides, the speed limit is 40km/h until you hit the highway. It wouldn't make much sense for me to get a GSXR 1000 or an R-1 to sit in first gear and rule the streets at 40km/h.Originally posted by legendboy

Kawasaki ZX-12RR is like 4km faster or something like that
Shit!! Guess I'll have to put a K&N and a Hindle exhaust on the Busa.Originally posted by Dave P
