Default John Laurier road is falling apart

I'm sure a lot of people on here have driven on John Laurier blvd and Brisbois dr lately. Going eastbound at the bottom of the hill there the fricking road is falling apart. Theres practically a jump the has a 2 inch piece of pavement sticking up and a lot more rises in the road too. I have literally seen cars get air off this thing. Every year the road does this to so you think the city would do something about it. This is the worst I have seen in though. Anyone else pissed of about this??

I drive it each morning. Can't go much more than 80 or you could do some damage. Not so bad going westbound but still unacceptable. It's been like this every spring and it has to do with frost heave. City can do something about it, but they're too cheap to fix it properly.

If you have a lowered car, don't go more than 60 in either eastbound lane... they're both shitty.

haha yup I just avoid john laurie now because of that, and also I almost got clipped twice by people turning across my lane to get onto the westbound lanes. (when I'm going east)

I know exactly what your talking about, there's always so much traffic I haven't able to go fast enough to catch some nice air...

Its been crappy for a long time, I remember they fixed it up right before winter too, so the city DOES know about it but there isn't any money in the budget!

I hit that a while ago in my old car when it was lowered 3 inches on really crappy lowering products...there were lots of sparks and lots of swearing to be seen and heard. That has been there for a while I think.

all of the city roads are falling apart trust me the south is just as bad guys, this mayor of ours needs to go out and start fixing the roads we have, not building new ones.

They are frost heaves. In BC we get them all the time, even on major highways, The ground heaves like that, but as soon as it warms up (spring time) they will go away.
I remember jumpin an impala over those last winter. I was up there on friday night though and they feel a bit bigger this year.
