Blank Rental Lease

Does anyone know where I could obtain a Rental Lease. I am new to renting out my property and I wanted to find a blank lease that I could fill in the apporpriate info and have the renter sign.

office depot, it comes in a cd-rom, has all the info and documents you need. it's around $10 so pretty cheap
