Home theater subwoofer repair? (Thumbs down for Mission speakers)

About a year and a half ago I bought a Mission MS10 subwoofer from A&B. It doesnt even get power anymore. Its not like you can really abuse an active sub either, it has its own power supply...and I only ran it at like 50%.

Apparently A&B doesnt deal with Mission anymore. I emailed missions repair address and they ignored my email for 2 weeks. I emailed them back saying thanks for ignoring me and they replied 20 minutes later telling me to take it to my dealer, but also that there is no canadian distributer at the moment so there are no Canadian dealers.

Tried taking it apart to see if there was something obvious like a loose contact, but cant really see anything. Im guessing the power supply is gone.

Anyone know of somewhere that does this type of repair?

does ur sub have an inline fuse...if so check it.
even if it doesnt look blown, replace it and see if thats the problem.

AFAIK, for Mission, you have to go through Denon, in Ontario. You can try emailing Don Rhule at Denon ([email protected]) and see if he can do anything for you. I don't know how much he'll be able to do for you (warranty wise), but I know they have a stockpile of replacement parts in their warehouse.
