Anyone know some good 6 1/2" speakers?

Hey I am looking to get some 6 1/2" speakers for my accord. I want something with good sound quality, I dont need topline shiet cause I already got 2 12" PG tantrums. Any suggestions would be cool. peace

I have infinity coaxel and clarion's with tweeters ... i actually have an extra set of 6 1/2" speakers (Clarion sr1684's 200w output) they are what i have in my Jetta i was going to put them in my beetle but i think i am going to go all JL so if you're interested PM me ...

i have orion cobalt coaxials in my WRX and they sound wicked. I get comments about them at all the shops that here my system. They are 3ohm coil so they allow you amp to produce more power. MSRP on them is like 289 according to orion But i can get them to you for $160.00, my buddy has an audio shop and sells them. If you'd like to here them let me know and i can show you my car.

I have the Alpine Type R components and they sound awesome. they are very well built..... excellent bass handling, and the highs are crisp and clear but not harsh like the MB Quartz Line. I have also owned the JL coaxial speakers and they sound excellent as well. Good bass response and nice highs...... but I did not like the JL VR components compared to the alpine type R line. I listened to them one after another and I was disgusted with the JLs. Just personal preference is what it boils down to and how much $$$ you want to spend.

they are discontinued
im not sure if the stock headunit is simlar to the accord from the tl but these speakers are aweesome for the tl...they were only 50$ off ebay and these sound better than most speackers i can put in easily

MB Quart DSD,PSD, or QSD are all good. They come in 6.5" with crossovers and tweeters. They sound awesome! You can find some awesome deals online for this stuff. Speakers they sell at visions for $800 you can get brand new for $300 online with a 3 year warranty.
