Problem with my auto start (command start) alarm starter CS-580! FM

Hi, please I need help!! I have buy an auto start (command start) alarm starter 2 way CS-580i FM and I have big problem with. When I want to start, the light go on but the starter do not work. There is no troublesshotting in my installation guide and I dont know what to do.all other function is ok, the alarm and the doors lock work perfectly. I have an oldsmobile intrigue 2000 If it can help you. please help me! I waiting your answers!!

It may be in Valet mode.
Hold the UNLOCK and START/STOP buttons for 3 seconds,
The transmitter should beep once and the icon with Zz should disappear.
