Condo fees are $250 per month. Includes everything, but electricity.

    *UPDATE*

Just a note to anyone who is considering buying. It'll be a few months, before you can move in. I hope this isn't a problem for anyone. Waiting a few months for this condo is still a very short time compared to waiting on the contruction of a new house or condo.

On a more positive note, walk throughs are still being done and I still want to hear from all interested parties!

Vetro is NOT going up in front of this view. Please do more research before putting up such a damaging comment.

Vetro is being built on the South side of the Sasso building, while downtown is North of Sasso. There's already an enormous hole where Vetro is going to be and it's definately not in front of this condo's view. See for yourself, next time you drive by.
