Method: Eating better, HEAVY weight training, Moderate cardio. 10 before 10 after weights 4 days a week, 5th day 30min cardio + stretch. No drinking for now..
Height: 6'3"
Starting weight 304.5lbs
Current Weight: 291lbs
Weight loss: 13.5 lbs
Goal Weight: 240-250lbs Solid build.
Im in decent shape for my size. Fairly strong and Agile. Would like to trim fat and become rock solid. good luck all. Not sure if I want to get to 240 and loose my lineman size and try for Linebacker in Mens league Football. We shall see how fast I get lol.
