I did it once... OK money. I know lots of people who have, it's just hard dirty work.

    its awesome, i love it.

you get a good tan, get in shape from the winter months and make awesome money.
you do have to be motivated and be willing to work when its really hot out.
this will be my second year on my own and if things work out roughly the same as last year, ill be making 1850 every 8 days. this year should be better cause ive already signed 9 contracts and thats a guranteed 5400 a month just off of 9 jobs, and there commercial so its fairly easy compared to house to house. i have a partner this year which will make it easier. and should be able to pull in 6grand/ month on my own. and thtas cash!!
if your seriously interested, ill get some info from you and if we get super busy ill hire you.
ive already got 4 other beyond members names lol.
your best bet is to do it on your own, your guranteed to make the most money.

I heard it's VERY physically demanding! I could never do it at all cause I'm a wimp...I enjoy my sales job!

I have a friend who did it for one day last summer...worked for ten hours and he quit that same day. He made $100 for the day but he also turned purple from being baked by the sun. Didn't see him leave his house for about two weeks after it was healed.

    I could never do it.

Ask Surferbaby (Elise)'s brother Ryan (I am pretty sure he is Redlyne MR2) or something like that on here. He can put you in touch with Elise, I am pretty sure she did landscaping for a while...
Also, Ninspeed (Rob) did some landscaping a few years ago, might wanna talk to him first. He is a good guy and would be willing to help you out and maybe give you a hook up.

I also heard of people doing construction jobs during the summer too, excellent pay.

There's a place in the NE on the backroad by 36st, that has a sign up that they are hiring. Think it;s called prestige landscaping or something another.

Or if some of you have experience get together and start your own biz and go door to door and cold calling

Landscaping in Calgary is awesome! So many new houses getting built, and most people want it done after or during their house is being built. I'd go for it but I can't, age limit!

Ya, i did landscaping for two years. By the end of the 1st year i was a crew cheif/forman... Great cash, and got a lot of exercise.
Went back the next summer, made even more cash, but became lazier (thank god for ride on lawnmowers)

Last year I built/renovated a golf course so it was pretty big time work. I worked every day for a month and pulled down over 5 grand. The biggest thing is that the first week will just hurt. Your body will be in pain. Pain is only weakness leaving the body though so dont' be a little bitch and just give 'er.

I worked in a greenhouse shovelling shit. That's how you get muscles fast...it just won't get you any ladies, since you'll smell like a cow.
