All of the rule changes have mixed up the start grid but when 1 team is .5-3 sec/lap faster than the others in a 90 min race the results are going to be similar.

I did watch and enjoy the 1st race, if MS had started on his qualies and had not been blackflaged for having lost his long gone barge boards he would have been first.... again. The new rules MAY have been an influence in the tire choice but little else.
