best home workout

im debating getting that new bowflex free weights with the dial thing and an incline bench, im looking for mostly upper body muscle gain, is this a good way to get started?

It will work for upper body. There are tons of exercises you can do with free weights, just have to know how to do them properly. Excellent way to get started lifting, but probably want to do some lower body too, just a suggestion.

I'd recommend the Total Gym. I might be picking one of those up sometime soon

^^^ lol... Chuck norris is the man... but ya I have an immitation total home gym... like a 1/4 of the cost, and it works great for upper body.
