    Default Who makes the best Tortieres (meat pies) in Calgary?

    I tried a few but none of them have been as good as this place in Edmonton. Wish i remembered the name.

    there's a A Taste of Quebec at the Farmer's Market at the Currie Barracks who sells "authentic" tourtieres (imho she doesn't use enough herbs like rosemerry in it, but that's just me).

    A friend of mine makes amazing Tortieres, but she wont let me have the recipe :P

    The Costcos in Ottawa sell MASSIVE tourtieres... and they're actually very good. One would give you enough leftovers for several days None of the costcos out here sell them

    I've tried Bonton's before. They are so-so. They dont mince the meat fine enough. And taste is lacking also.

    I'll try the farmer's market. This place in Edmonton's were amazing. I really wish i remembered the name.
