I had mine done at CMS and the guys cracked my front bumper in a few spots, which I can't complain because it's about 2-3 inches off the ground.
The new T&T is good to go to if you have a really low car because the ramp to get on the machine is flush with the ground (from what I hear). So you just drive straight on and don't have to ramp onto.
CMS told me it was about $70-$80 for four wheel alignment

Well I got mine done at Alvin Automotives and they were $70-$80 too but they got a crazy alignment machine. Uses lasers and such and he told me they paid around $250k for the machine new. Thats why I got mine done there and its all computerized.
canadian tire and most other places i have seen do it for $20 a wheel

will they still do it if you're lowered and without a camberkit?

Harper's Tire did all the work on our 350z, plus they have the amazing "Road Force Balancing" for tires. Essentially they apply a force to the tire while spinning to accomodate for changes in the tires or something. Regardless, it was the best balancing and tire allignment I have ever recieved, got our big ol 19's pointed in the right direction!
