what size of turbo reccommended for h23

what are you power goals and tolerance for lag?

im looking for a turbo that will kick in at around 3000 and stay til redline of around 7000. for hp im looking for around 240whp. i have 160 right now.

The TD05 "big" 16G ? Its alright.. but I dislike the mitsu turbos altogether.

The 16G might be a little small and may run out of efficiency in higher cfm ranges.. but based on your stated power level and goals, it will probably work just fine. The TDO5/O6 18G or TDO6H "super" 20G hybrid (very similar to a T3/T4) is a better fit, but for 7-10psi you wouldn't need it to be much bigger than a 16G.

I run a T3/T4 hybrid on my H22 that I was quite pleased with.

I've always like the T3 "Super 60". Allows for a very quick spool and almost no lag. It's great for a street car.
