    Default Shipping mix-ups

Say you purchase something from a company in the US...

first it was agreed that USPS would ship it, but it was sent UPS instead (brokerage fees).

Once receiving the package and paying 70 in fees, it is discovered the wrong item is sent.

The company says UPS mixed up two orders and the real order ended up with someone else, who is sending it back to the company. Once they receive both packages, USPS will ship the correct package back.

If they refuse a refund, what other options are there for getting that $70 back?

Wouldn't mind either getting the 70 back + correct package, or getting a total refund.

Does this qualify for a charge dispute (purchased on mastercard)?

    any other suggestions?

If it was Ebay Sean then you are protected against this. If it wasnt, you might have to phone Mastercard and ask them....

Is there a way for companies to send something, with prepaid brokerage fees and duties and all of that?

Ummmm well, you can submit the brokerage fees to the business, but it will only go to them if they specify that they want it sent to them
