Say you purchase something from a company in the US...
first it was agreed that USPS would ship it, but it was sent UPS instead (brokerage fees).
Once receiving the package and paying 70 in fees, it is discovered the wrong item is sent.
The company says UPS mixed up two orders and the real order ended up with someone else, who is sending it back to the company. Once they receive both packages, USPS will ship the correct package back.
If they refuse a refund, what other options are there for getting that $70 back?
Wouldn't mind either getting the 70 back + correct package, or getting a total refund.
Does this qualify for a charge dispute (purchased on mastercard)?
any other suggestions?
