Have you ever been to kickinghourse?
I have been skiing there all year, once you go there you realize how much sunshine sucks.
Haven't been there yet. I'm just getting back into skiing now, and am getting a good deal on rental skis with Sunshine lift ticket for $60 plus tax. It's like getting the rental for free, and I don't want to use my old equipment anymore. Sucks when the rental boots feel better than my own!Originally posted by red RX-7

I'll have to try Kicking Horse someday. How long is the drive from Calgary?
I see more and more people wearing helmets these days, even adults. Maybe time for me to get one.Originally posted by [GaGe]

the drive is about 1 1/2 past Louise. It's not that bad of a drive, I've drove there four time in my RX-7 and two of the time it was storming like crazy, storms are the best times to got, powder.
i'll post some pics later,
no action shots?

it really depends on how u ski. if u just stick to the usual green blue black marked runs and dont ski insanely fast, id say ure probably fine. when u make it a habit to go for huge air, do any tree skiing, or offpiste extreme terrain...then its time for a lid!Originally posted by FiveFreshFish
