Ps2 on Laptop?

Anyone here know if i can plug ps2 into laptop and use the laptop as a screen to play ps2?

What do i need to do this?

Very few laptop has video in functions.

But my best bet is to have a USB TV Tuner. Something like this:

I've done it really simply by using the video/audio ins on my webcam. It's a neat way to record the games also.
