How to get out of bankruptcy?

I applyed for bankruptcy few years back over bad advice, I didn't pay my bankruptcy fees and I am still stuck in my "9 months", I was told I am classified as "sunny di".... I was stupid long ago and now trying to fix every thing.... does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to go back to the bankruptcy trustee because he's a fucking asshole... before I even screwed him over.

That does not answer my questions of getting out of bankruptcy. That would answer the of how to prevent applying for bankruptcy.

Cause that's what my last trustee told me, but he's a fucking asshole so I don't want to call him. So I'm asking anyone here, plus he didn't tell me what the process is... he just mention that there was a way.

Seriously, call the old guy up and explain your breaks and see what he can do.

The fact of the matter is that if he can't help you, you got 7 years to un-fuck yourself.

There's a couple things you can do:

1. PAY YOUR SHIT ON TIME (no balances)
i'm talking bills, cell phone, cable etc.
Try to mantain a zero balance with as many things as possible.

2. Go to the bank and ask for an appointment.
Banker's make comission, so they'll be alot more leniant to pull strings to help you out.

3. get a secured credit card
Give the bank $500.00 and have them hold it in an account for a few years, in return they **might** give you a credit card for $500.00 after a year, if you mantain a zero balance every month and make sure you pay your credit cards off completely every month, this will do wonders for your credit rating. After a year or 2 they **MIGHT** lift the hold and give you the $500 back.

4. In order to fix your credit you have to prove to the creditors that you pay your shit on time. If you cant do this, then you'll never get out early.
