playing rar video files to play a video ?

does anyone know how to convert these types of files. or be able to play the video. or convert to like a avi or so file..

a rar files is a compressed format, the video is probably inside the rar file

Its a series of like 59 small rar files in a folder that i don't know what to do with.

Here's what you do:

1. Download winrar. When installing, associate winrar with "rar" files.
2. Use winrar to extract the file. Just double clicking the rars will open up the files, then press extract. Select the folder that you want to extract to.

Open one of the rar files and there should be a bin and cue file inside

if u wanted to preview the specific .rar file segment you can open it up with vlc (provided that it's complete and the video inside is compatible w/ vlc)

I would recommend using PowerArchiver. It works like WinZip, but it supports many more compressed filetypes.

I meant the user interface is a lot like WinZip.
