HELP need opinions (painting wheels in about an hour and i had a change of heart)

allright so after prepping the speedline wheels i found at pnp for about a month now, i am finally close to being done with the prep work.

the weels are 14inch gunmetal w/polished lip and they are going on my mk2 jetta. the plan was just to re-do them but last night i found a pic of an almost identical car with similar gold wheels an i fell in love with them.

so now i have decided to go with the gold/bronze color that bought at crappy tire and now i have a dillema on wich way to do them. should i keep the lip or paint over it ?

dont paint over the lip right away, if you find after a while that youde rather have a painted lip paint it, dont do something irreversable first!

i would say keep the lip if it doesnt appeal then all you need is to paint over it ( looks better painted full no lip) silver and gold same wheel
