'I'll be there' by the Escape Club
This song is about a person who has passed on and reassures a loved one of an after-life existence in their thoughts and memories, no matter where they are (over oceans, streams, mountains, across deserts, wide open sky, etc.).
"I may have died but I've gone nowhere. Just think of me, I'll be there"
You might want to download the actual song off Kazaa. The .wav format 'preview' that plays on the site does NOT do the song justice, it's kinda muddy and they cut out some of the ending (thunder and rainfall). I'm not sure what religious themes/meanings you could pull from this though.
Lyrics and (muddy).wav sample on website
"All these years I thought it was power that brought responsibility. It's not. I was wrong. It's responsibility that brings power. It's knowing what needs to be done that brings strength. And courage." - Peter Parker, Earth X
