    Default clutch issues

    ok heres the rundown, my clutch started to stick a little so i did a full bleed 3 times and then it worked, no stick no slip, but now my clutch pedal wont even come up when released, im not sure if i have a hydralic problem or need a new clutch anyone know?

    no theres definately no air and no leak ive checked
    hence 3 bleeds im not that dumb

    no i forsure did the bleed correctly, i dont know how old the clutch is in my car could a worn clutch cause this problem or do you think its the master or the slave?

    no one is calling you anything , those things are a PITA to do without a pressure bleeder. if the pedal does not return it is almost certainly a hydraulic problem.

    yea no worries man its just frustraiting, it was sticking before which leads me more towards hydralic
    is there anyway to check the master and slave to make sure they are working?

    bump! so does anyone know how to test the hydrolic system for the cluth? before i rip apart my whole car to put a new clutch in

    see if you are getting full travel at the slave,,not sure for DSM but it should be in a good manual..says it 15mm grab a 15mm wrench and hold it next to the end of the release lever fork while somebody pushs & releases (and pulls up) the pedal. if the fork moves more than the width of the wrench opening the hydraulics should be OK.

    if you are leaning to hydraulics why not renew the hydraulics ? before throwing a clutch in it ?
