help to transfer ringtones and etc

any one know any sort of software that i can use to transfer ringtones.. i got a samsung a670 for telus.. i have the data cable but i cant seem to find any software for it.. anybody got any sugguestions??

one more question.. im having problems converting the ringtone.. it has to convert to qcp or something..any soft u know? i tried the puretone one.. but didnt work
