I think that thread was deleted. But in a nutshell relying on that thread, yes it does work. Just need to follow it properly and make sure you don't overdo it.
Search on google, or bodybuilding.com for proper details and stuff.

It works great, its definatley effective and if you use it properly, you shouldnt have any problems.
Ive used it a few times to drop weight fast, and its not unheard of to lose 10lbs or more in a 2 week span.
There are a few side effects, but nothing overwhelming, I think I still have a few bottles if your interested.
