Default Where to rent/borrow a tool? for Subaru roof spoiler intallation

I'm looking for a tool to rent. Not exactly sure how it looks like or what it is called but it is to install a rear roof spoiler for my Impreza.

The instructions says I need a M6 (riv nut) insert nut installation tool? It is suppose to expand (mushroom) a threaded nut so that it will not come off the trunk of the car.

If you have any ideas please let me know thanks!

This is what the tool would be doing to a threaded nut.

I need to know where I can find one to borrow or rent?

9/16 is 1/32 different than 19/32. Unless you're putting together a space shuttle, it'll probably do

Or just go to a hardware store and get a set, bits are cheap.
