am i the victim of beyond fraud? pt 3

LARGE HUGE UPDATE.

I purchased a Laptop (700m) from Oddjob in June 2005.

I JUST received the same letter today. Actually I received two (assuming a mistake), worded the EXACT same from the exact same collection agency. I had never received a letter from any collection agency before. AT which point I went straight to search beyond for Oddjob, to see this thread. My collections reports a claim of $1,876.78.

I am confused, angry and upset. I am just trying to clear everything up.

Its important, anyone else who has delt with Oddjob to come out, we need to compile information in order to try to track him down, and clear this up. I am quite confident that most people dealing with him in regards to Dell products will have the same letter in their mailbox.

With the bank transfer, in the situation of fraud, hopefully we are able to trace the account etc. I have a strong feeling that pr0 and Oddjob are related. Its been some time, but if I remember, I had asked him in regards to a laptop and he refered me to to. Tommorow I will be searching on any information I have on this individual to see what I can find in terms of a name or a phone number etc.

I got a laptop from him that's why I referred you. The vaio that
I was suppose to sell you crapped out. I thought I was doing
you a favour. I know hes sold to a lot more people on here

People who might have delt with Oddjob, esp in regards to a dell product:

- Chester
- Sabad66
- Camero
- Yeerj
- HEXIFIED
- NOEL
- rayquan (Purchased a Canon Camera)
- WBB6 (Oddjob purchased an intake from him)
- HTN SWCHS (not a dell product, but could help us in attaining information about the individual)

I did not but if I did I would def. call the cops or at least try and get ahold of oddjob. Also that email is not mine. Mine is my last name at telus.net.

A lot of people here know me, I'm not going to pull something shady as this... I've delt with a lot of peeps on here. Sometimes I'm slow... yea... but that's because i'm in school almost all day.

I'm just hoping something like that doesn't show up at my door later on...

No, I dont work for dell, I was just calling bullshit on his stories since he started selling things, because it was so obviously fraud. But, people are too stubborn and blind To kill his bogus dell story, I told him to email me from his @dell.com address...really simple, then his name as a scammer would be totally cleared. Obviously he couldnt do that even after several months, because he was a liar

Thats a post office. Who gets money orders sent general delivery to a post office? Obviously doesnt live there, or he would have a PO box.
