are you getting enough sleep.. most kids on summer break sleep like 5 hours a night.. that can wear you down and make you feel like shit.. so get enough sleep or get an ID go to the titty bar and gander at some nice juggs.

Some people get confused in life and think they need everyone as a freind. Personally I'd rather have a couple really good, honest, smart freinds, then a shitload of dumb ones.
Try to find some sort of hobby or project (like another member said), that you can focus on. Maybe a go-cart?

Don't listen to the idiots that have nothing better to say on this subject. They are just saying shit because they don't know it feels like themselves.
On the other hand there are some good things that you can do about it that these people are saying.
Do's:
- Exerise is really good, it helps to realeave stress
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
- Talk to a counsellor or someone that you trust.
- Find something that you enjoy doing (drugs & alcohol don't count)
- Get into something after school that can get you around other people.
- Talk, talk, talk Talking is always a good thing.
- When you get depressed try writing yourself a letter with what your thinking and when your done, throw it away.
- Get a self-help book
- If you ever feel suicidal phone the kids help phone, or 911
- Get outside, the sun will do you good.
Don'ts:
- Try not to isloate yourself from people
- Stay away from fat food(McDicks, Chocolate etc)
- Stay away from drinking & drugs etc when you get depressed
- Don't ever think that this is your fault
- If you need to go on anti-depressants, its not an overnight thing. It takes a bit to get them to work, don't ever stop them cold
- If you are on anti-depressants don't drink on them.

Yeah as the trend in this thread is going
1.) find a project or something your passionate about
2.) i think most people (if not all) felt fucked up/depressed/ and whatever else at some time around that age
3.) drugs just push what your experiencing to later in your life (if they "HELP" at all, they dont actually do shit for you.
4.)Find someone to talk to like a buddy you already have (makes a good friend for life too, and you can be there for them when they need it)
5.)When you turn 16, if you can drive that will help out too... you will be able to drive and see your buddies more who are farther away, and do wierd shit that you do when your 16. We used to take girls down to Sicome beach, we captured a procupine on nosehill park once and shit like that.

Hey truplaya, It's only because school's out, you're by yourself, and you're bored. Bored = 'argh I hate not doing something productive' = 'I suck!'
So, find something you like doing and fire it up. Especially good if it's a group activity (hell ultimate frisbee is even acceptable, haha).
