Spotted. black 240

i seen this guy ripping around N.E calgary.(abbydale area) he needs to slow down and go speed limit in school zones at least.. the car was a black 240 and it was missing a front bumper. sounds like it had a crazy turbo or something. it doesn't bug me when people speed but when people speed thourgh school zone and when kids are out playing around the school really bug mes. casue the last thing you need is another kid hit and killed by some dumbass driver.

While I hate to say it, I do know this guy, and his car IS FAST. Its a fully built CA that layed down over 300hp. Now about his driving..... If I see him soon enough, I'll smack him upside the head.
