I could not find anything definate on this subject in here so I went out looking and found this and figured others might be interested.

Now it pretty much says pocket bikes, go carts, golf carts are only allowed on public land. Be they gas or electric powered. Only way around it is if it is a powered bicycle following their rules but specificaly
plus less then 50cc, weighs less then 35 kg... etcis fitted with pedals that are continually operable to propel it,
Looks as though a go cart would be technicaly ok if you could hook up some pedals to it. IE a 4 wheel bicycle. Not saying do so as you will probably have problems anyhow.
But it looks to me like segways and those little electric scooters at the stampede are illegal to use on the sidewalks.
Am I correct in deducting segways are illegal as well ?
