I just purchased a 1998 Honda VTX1000F (VTwin 1000cc) (thank you GMAN) and need some parts for her.

I would like to see if anyone has:

a stand
Progrip gas cap protector (for a honda)
Either Yoshi or Hance & Vanes slip ons
Owners manual
Bike Cover
After market wind screen
other aftermarket stuff... ie.. K&N filer... that kinda stuff.

first of all just to correct you a lil, it vance and hines the pipes your talking about but you dont want those, you want yoshi for that bike. secondly you wont find too many used parts for that bike. go to the Parts Canada website and look there for the parts you need. i work for Parts Canada and its your best bet on finding the parts and part numbers you need, although you cant buy from there, you have to buy from a dealer.

I have a cover and stand for you. Both are universal. Also probably all the riding gear. (if you need any)

I also have a tank protector (which is what I think you meant) It's lockhart and philips. Should also work for that bike.

No i didnt mean a tank protector, but thanks i have one. I saw one on a buddies 1000RR it goes over the gas cap (over the metal) so it doesnt become scratched..

I am interested in the cover though... found out dont have room for a stand.

also tell your boss that you guys have a wicked amount of stuff, but its impossible to shop online from ya... change it so you could view the catalog not as a PFD maybe..

VTR... not VTX. Unless the pic in your sig is not your bike.

yeah i realized after i had registered it i had it wrong, but its to much effort to go back and changed all the ones i fucked up in.. thanks for the heads up though
